Business development
The principal role of Business Development is to build strong customer relations, both with new and existing customers, selling Medis´ intellectual property in the form of registration dossiers and generic pharmaceutical products across all markets.

Customer service
The Customer Service unit handles the receipt and processing of orders and all related customer communications. In addition, Customer Service is responsible for formulating sales plans in cooperation with Medis customers, and for coordinating initial efforts when products enter new markets.

Launch Coordination
This department coordinates the launch of new products. It is responsible for ensuring that products are ready for launch at the point of patent expiry. The team is also responsible for enhancing relationships with third-party manufacturing sites.
